AH!!!! Is great to see you again !!! I am happy the surgery went well and you are doing so good... It is always hard when one has to bounce back from an injury and you have had a few big ones now.. We are here for you.. The good , The bad, and the Ugly.. Even though many of us have never met you personally in real life.. e have equated to you as a friend because of your interactions with us in comments or videos.. If you ever need an ear I am here all the time...I start a new journey against medical issues.. I need a heart surgery I can not have and now find out I have a rare auto immune disease that affects less than .087% of the population..I will be having a type of chemo therapy but not for cancer.. will be a weekly thing for awhile.. it may help.. it may stop.. or it may do nothing... but the damage has already been done and we are just trying to slow or stop it.. Imagine the pain you feel in your arm and now imagine if that happens all over you at random times or you lose feeling completely in your body in areas all the while you lose muscle mass even when working out and start having balance issues and walking issues and then tremors kick in.. from mini shakes to massive shakes you can not hide from kids and grandkids... imagine falling for no reason because everything from your waist down literally feels like it disappears..it is never fun for us as men to not be the strong ones and the providers for the family or to be able to pick up your pets or grandkids or hug them tight or to dance with your wifey.. it is hard... I tell you this not because I'm trying to have some kind of pissing match but to empathize with you.. It takes it's toll on you in many ways as it would anyone that was human... Vulcans don't count.. Pride and Ego and Testosterone are hard things to deal with.. Take heart though you have tons of friends you have never met before in real life.... Take heart that you have an effect on others... Take heart I watch these videos when you are having issues and I am also like right now.... I take away something you can not see over the net... A sense of strength that I can do it too and I can push through and I can do what must be done... because I have priorities and a family ... I may be stingy or selfish but I want to see great grand kids and watch them grow up also LOL Know that many are rooting for you whether it is in a boxing match in the future or right here right now.. You are loved and have friends and an awesome family!!! Much love and respect my friend i have yet to meet.. You will be fine... I can not speak upon the injury as I am no doctor.. but You will be fine and turn it around.. Life is hard but Bearski is Tougher and Team Rana is nothing to mess with as we have ya back!!!! So sorry your daughter and wife had to go through seeing you pinned by the tractor. I can only imagine how scary that must have been for them. Sorry bud, I couldn’t watch. Been there done that exact thing. Best bet is to have surgery to re-attach. Sounds terrible, but I had a full detachment, had surgery in July and was able to start lifting again by like September.

Glad to see you posted an update. Keep your head up brother. I'm sure the pain and monotony of healing and rehab could take a toll on a lesser mind. If I am correct you have already healed once from a very serious injury and became stronger because of it! I fore see a bigger and better bearski in the future!

Glad you’re on the mend buddy I was in a motorbike accident 12 year back ripped half my lip off scared my face up and still get pain in my leg from it as I broke both bones and have a metal rod in now for life just glad you’re on the mend mate

That was an unusual tendon surgery. The atrophy in your arm - you're still bigger than most. Really glad the healing is progressing towards a full healing. You're strong in more ways than one.
